Adversity is defined in the dictionary as a condition marked by misfortune, calamity or distress. That is to say that when things and situations are not working the way we expect them to work to our advantage, we are tempted to see the status quo as difficult times.

Also, stumbling is not a fall but a sign that you are moving forward. So why do you worry when you have pitfalls in life. To do nothing should not be an option.
